  Overall the office and staff are very nice, and my first visit was fine, just a little lengthy. Where I have an issue is coming in for fillings, they called the day before to move my appointment up 30 minutes which I didn't mind until they left me sitting in the exam room for an hour before starting because Dr. Vincent was working on another patient. He ended up giving me two huge painful blisters on my lips from friction from his tools. Because I was numb, I felt him rubbing the skin raw over the procedure, but felt no pain. I assumed if he was actually ripping open my lips he would stop and move them, or at least let me know afterwards that he had damaged them and give advice to help them heal. It wasn't until I looked in the mirror at home and was horrified by the huge red blisters on my mouth where Dr. Vincent was rubbing that I realized how careless he had been working with my relatively small mouth. Days later I am in no pain from the actual work he preformed on my teeth, but my lip scabs are ugly and painful still. This situation would have been easily prevented if he had not rushed though my procedure after making me wait so long. No effort was made to stop damaging my lips, he just pushed through to finish, and there was no way he was unaware of the obvious damage he caused to my lips. I will not be getting any more procedures done here.
